• Domains: Refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the domain has not been transferred or configured.
• Hosting Plans: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no website or files have been uploaded.
• SSL Certificates: Refundable within 7 days of issuance, provided the certificate has not been activated or installed.

Please note that refunds will only be issued if the product qualifies under the above conditions and has not been used, activated, or provisioned.

Refund Processing Timeline & Mode

• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
• Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your product or terminate your account at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. A valid refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund period mentioned above.

No refund will be provided after account closure or after the product has been used or activated. All refund requests must be made prior to closure or usage of the service.
